Dear Rose,
I am sure that Rick and I have said this before, but I definitely wanted to put it in writing. We have been in our new "home" for almost two months and absolutely love it! This is the second house you have helped us purchase. When we moved out of L.A. two years ago, you helped us move into what was a great house and neighborhood, however, it turned out to be way far out of the city for our family. Thus, you found us calling you once again to help us move back closer to the city. From the moment I called you, before we even signed on the dotted line, you already started working. You immediately arranged for us to receive all relevant listing according to our preferences. By the very next day, you already lined up half a dozen houses to show us.
You were always flexible in putting our availability before your own; and believe me, yes I appreciate that was probably not always convenient for you. But you always did it with a smile on your face.
You were patient with us and the market, when the first few offers we put down, did not work out. When we finally wanted to purchase our home, you made it happen. You knew just how to work with the seller's agent; how to set them at ease when problems, many problems, arose while another agent was selling our house. And most unbelievable, but yet, since it's you, it is believable, YOU helped us with various problems that arose with the sale of our home, as our agent who was selling our home, caused us many problems. You even offered to lower your commission on our house that we were selling through another agent. Needless to say it was a big mistake to have another agent sell our home.
In future, while we do not wish to move again, should we be blessed with the means to purchase investment property, it would only be through you. When Rick will need an agent for his clients, as he is a real estate lawyer, the business will always go only to you.
You were professional, always way ahead of every deadline, and informing us of them ahead of time so we would be on top of them. You were always pleasant and encouraging when times were very difficult. You were also very sweet to come to our home warming party with a huge peach tree to add to the fruit trees we want to start planting.
We plan to refer you to everyone we know. I do plan on sending a mass mailing to personal and business contacts praising you and referring you. That is how strongly we feel about your professionalism and the lovely style of doing business you have. You're a diamond in a coal mine.

I want to thank you for Rose Osman. I had met Rose previously through my significant other, Paul Gadd. Rose guided Paul through the endless detail involved with the purchase of his first home in 2001, so when I started my search, he was delighted that I wanted to be reintroduced to her.
I liked Rose upon the first meeting in 2001, but had no idea the extent of her gifts. She has not only held my hand through my first home-buying experience, she has educated me, offered golden resources and continues to be a support, all while making it fun! Who does that?
My Mom and I started looking to purchase a rental property in November '08. Rose set me up with an online program that allowed me to select the features I was looking for so I could look daily online. Rose would send me her choices as well, and she took me to view over 30 houses in person. We finally found the right fit and successfully won the offer and closed on April 14, 2009. I am thrilled with the home and with this experience.
My Mom and Aunt have had the experience of seeing Rose's graciousness from her emails and my summaries of experiences and phone calls, and they are blown away and thankful for the amount of guidance she offers.
Rose is a class-act genuine person, a generous and compassionate realtor, and hopefully a long time friend. I am forever grateful to her for making this experience not only doable, but enjoyable and educational. She is a gem, and whereas I would like to consider myself special, I am confident that you have heard this about her before. I grew up around realtors and the realty business, and Rose far exceeds any "type" of realtors I have met. She is exceptional and has spoiled me for any future dealings, which I hope her to be available when the times come. I pray for her continued health, energy and success.

Dear Rose,
Hope you are doing well. I wanted to thank you once again for all that you have done for us. Since you originally helped us find our place, we knew that when it was time to sell, you were the only person forthe job.
Even though we were already in the middle of the real estate free fall, you had us remain optimistic, convinced that even in the worst of economic times, you could still find a buyer. You never wavered and were happy to set up multiple open houses and showings for prospective buyers. You helped with all the little things, including the staging of our place, arranging for a handyman to fix minor stuff and even recommended a furniture mover. You always made us feel like we were your number one clients, even though you were selling homes far more expensive than ours.

Dearest Rose,
Although this letter is unforgivably late, please do not let that detract from the genuineness of what I'm about to write. Honestly, a large reason for the delay in writing this letter is because it is incredibly difficult to put into words just how much you have come to mean to our family since we met you.
In all of our real estate transactions over the years, never has there been an agent who has made us feel more secure, more relaxed, more confident. This last move was an incredibly emotional one involving huge changes and unknown variables for our family. In deciding to trade our urban setting for a rural one, we faced many difficult decisions, and you were there for us every step of the way.
During the time it took for our dream to come to fruition, it became increasingly clear to us that you were there for US -not for the sale, not for the commission, but for US. The decisions were hard, the process was long, but you never faltered. When things were fast-paced, you kept up effortlessly, often leading the charge where necessary. When things slowed down, you kept your patience and your smile. In the two years since we met you, not one call was left unreturned the same day, not one question was left unanswered.
Your commitment to your clients is unflagging and your professionalism is such a welcome relief in an industry plagued with opportunists and upstarts.
